Angiuli Verdeca
Verdeca is a native Apulian vine. We harvest these grapes by hand at dawn using small, open crates.
The gentle pressing takes place in an inert environment. The must ferments at very low temperatures. This careful process produces a fresh and fragrant wine with persistent citrus notes, which goes perfectly with dishes with fish, seafood, shellfish and fresh cheeses.
